David Lauterstein is a septuagenarian author, teacher, and bodymind therapist. His early years were spent studying music, philosophy and poetry. Then he added the additional focus of anatomy and massage therapy, culminating in co-founding The Lauterstein-Conway Massage School (1989-to present day) in Austin, Texas. He is the author of five books of creative non-fiction the latter two of which also include some of his poetry: “Putting the Soul Back in the Body”, “Life in the Bones”, “The Art of Massage” (on-line), “The Deep Massage Book”, and “The Memory Palace of Bones”.
